Then, write 2-3 summary of an Overview of Compliance Plans.  In your overview, state the purpose of your two compliance plans for  your company and how they relate to the proposed job description. The plan is used with an intention to perform related medical practices in a based ethical manner. In every medical care, an effective compliance plan will be the first line of defense. Primarily, the compliance program will aim at promoting and preventing the occurrence of practices in non-ethical conduct. Also, it helps to enforce different rules and regulation that the health practitioners should embrace. Moreover, compliance plan will assist in the prevention of asking for improper payments, abusive address, and fraud services among the liability arenas. For effective management of any disease or a disorder, there will be the need for the nurse offering the management to have the necessary understanding of the disorder. Instead, they are charging extra for the application of this initial cast. This area will be one of the most sensitive as there will be the likelihood of the patient being oppressed financially. A compliance plan will, therefore, become a fundamental aspect since it will give directions on what to do and the amount of money to ask for the service offered. The prevalence of a compliance plan will show the medical staff member that the cost of an initial cast application should be inclusive another visit cost. It will make it possible for the patient to feel treated and make the appropriate payment. The compliance plan will show the staff type of service offered and the corresponding payment for the same. In addition, there will be an indication in case of an extra payment to be made from the visit payment.
