Investigate a variety of medical devices in your patient care setting, what they do, the purpose, how they work, and the D-I-K-W that is generated. Examine use of social media in your organization to include type of Web 3.0/Health 3.0 tools available, how this technology is used to engage patients, and what data/information may or could be collected. Critique patient portal use in your organization (if applicable) to include how patients gain access, available functions/resources, and utilization statistics.
